We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We accept payment by cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT-ERC20, USDT-TRC20, SOL) and bank transfer; card payments will be available in future. Orders are processed once payment has cleared.
We ship to the UK, Europe, and worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout: UK £5.95, Europe €6.95, Rest of World £14.95.

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@peptidehealth.store and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptide Health shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including any use contrary to their intended research-only purpose. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
